We test all appliances, paint the apartment, replace or clean/sanitize flooring, and have a professional company do a final cleaning and sanitation prior to moving in.

Maintenance is here Monday - Friday, but we always have someone on-call just in case of a maintenance emergency (24/7).

There are a few ways you can request a maintenance work order: on the online portal, by email, a call or just stop by. Whatever option works best for you!

Maintenance requests are serviced in the order they come in, with the exception of any maintenance emergencies. They always have priority.

We can perform any and all maintenance requests while you are there or away.

Your electronic key system also provides you with your personal access code. Make sure you write it down in a safe place so you are never locked out!

Please make this your home. Decorate, but you cannot change the paint or configuration of the apartment.


We offer a sparkling pool, a soothing spa, an outdoor entertainment area that includes a play and outdoor fitness zones, a soccer field, and a package locker system to retrieve all your packages anytime!

We have open parking which allows you to park under any covered or uncovered spot at your leisure.

We are starting incredible renovations which will include in-suite washers and dryers in the majority of units.

We love your furry family members!

There are some fees, $500 per apartment of which $250 is refundable, then pet rent is $50 per month, per pet (2 pet max).

We do have breed restrictions. Please call and we can go over what they are.

We are looking at creating a new pet park in the renovations, but there are also great pet parks nearby in the municipal parks.

We consider all your kitchen appliances standard: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave in the newly renovated homes.

We do not offer furnished but we can give you some information on local furniture rental companies other residents have used.

Again, all units are unfurnished but we would love to get you information on local furniture rental companies if needed.

We can offer short-term leases, we just need to double-check what we have available. Please call us and we can discuss options together.

We do offer corporate leases, but each tenant will be screened as well. We do not entertain short-term daily vacation rentals or allow corporations to use our communities in that way.

We have an amazing package locker system that will email you a code so you can retrieve your packages all day or night!

Our gym is in our outdoor entertainment zone, so there are no time restrictions.

We do have quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM so when we use the amenities we are considerate of others.


We offer tours at no cost, please let us know what time and day works best for you, we would love to show you around.

We do accept walk-ins but it is always better to set an appointment so we can set that time aside just for you!

We are always here, if we ever leave the office, even to walk the property we leave a note on the door so you will know when we will be back!

You can easily apply for your new home right here on our website, let us know if you need any help.

An application can take anywhere from a few minutes to a day or two.

At move in you will pay rent, admin fee, and deposit. We also offer a Flex Deposit surety bond option instead of a deposit.

My advice would be congratulations on your new home, make sure you read your lease so you know what is expected as it is a legal contract.

We offer a few ways to pay rent. The easiest is to use the online portal, but if you prefer please come by and drop off rent with a personal check, money order, or cashier's check, we would love to see you!

To pay online you would first register on the portal with your tenant ID number we provide then login and pay.

In addition to the monthly rent, liability renter's insurance, and a package locker system fee.

Yes, we enroll everyone in the master policy for liability insurance. You are always welcome to get your own additional insurance for your personal property.

Utilities are billed separately. You would set up electricity, mandatory, through Arizona Public Service (APS) and any entertainment, if you choose, (internet, cable tv, etc.) on your own and then the other utilities are charged monthly with your rent after usage.

You may use whichever entertainment company you choose.

The biggest compliment is a resident referral, so we do offer a referral gift of $200.

This is your home, please have guests, but if the guest is here more than described in your lease, then they will be considered a resident and will need to be screened.

We do not offer any prepay discounts, and only will allow 2 months to be paid at one time.

Your lease will have a buy-out addendum that explains what to do. The buyout fee is 1.5 times the base rent with a written 30-day notice to vacate.


Yes, we are located by two major public transportation bus lines and not far from the light rail system.

We are in the North Mountain community.

We are in the Washington School District (k-8) and the Glendale Union High School District.

Sahuaro Ranch Park has a big grassy dog park with lots of water for the dogs!

There are mountain bike trails on the many mountain preserves close by and also bike trails along the canal.

This area has many food stores close by, Target and Walmart, and Arrowhead Towne Square are only a few minutes away with stores, entertainment, and restaurants.

We have a Starbucks in the lobby of Target right across the street and a free-standing Starbucks just down the street.


We are conveniently located off 43rd Avenue and Peoria Avenue, you can access us from the I-17 freeway or surface streets.
